Monica Gabriela Scarlat has background of over 19 years in the field of civil and commercial litigation, family law, labour law and administrative law, providing representation for various commercial societies, local public authorities, public institutions and also for natural person before Romanian courts of law, at all jurisdictional level.
Committed in the last couple of years to family law, she deploys her activity with devotion and engagement, successfully offering consultancy and representation to clients concerning personal and patrimonial associations that results from marriage, adoption and associations assimilated by the law, under certain aspects, and offers consultancy on enforceable juridical conventions in the relationships between the person united by parentage or by marriage.
She graduated the Faculty of Law from Alexandru Ioan Cuza Police Academy, she has a bachelor’s degree in law from “Ecologica” University and a master’s degree in Banking Law awarded by “Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest as well as a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy awarded by “Titu Maiorescu” University of Bucharest.
She graduated the “Human Bucharest Toolkit” mediation training and is a doctoral student of Babes Bolyai University, Environmental Sciences School.
She is fluent in English.
